Either working directly with you or as part of an integrated design team, we provide expert guidance as you begin your lab design.
One of the first steps to a successful project is developing the space program. This program documents your project goals and identifies all the spaces necessary for your project. The space program includes important attributes of each space and key relationships among the spaces.
Other Pre-design Services can include documenting existing laboratory equipment, evaluating existing or new facilities under consideration and working with a cost estimator to determine rough-order-of magnitude construction costs.
